Looking for a femtosecond laser 3D micromachining job-shop

Hi all,

I’m looking for a job-shop which could do the 3D engraving final touch on injection molding parts.
Chinese company is preferred because the half-finished tool supplier is in China. European/US companies could be also useful.
How are these kind of jobs priced? Per machine time or ablation volume?

We are also interested in buying a workstation. It should be able to do up to 50mm diameter tool steel pieces with up to 20mm depth. Spot size should be as small as possible, ideally around 5um but for larger parts 20um could work too.

Hi Christina,

I found a company which uses +GF+ machines. +GF+ is industry leader and they have amazing products. It’s worth looking at their YouTube videos.

I can recommend this for anyone looking for similar stuff. :+1:
